This is your personal consulting form page. Customers who purchase your “Consulting Request” product are sent here to fill in the information you need.

How to use & customize

Make it yours: change the title, hero, colors, images… anything you like.
Edit the questions: keep our sample fields or add your own with a Form widget.
Using a Form widget? Drag an Elementor Form here and configure the fields you want.
Important – Email recipient: in the form’s Actions → Email, set the recipient to your chef email so you receive every request.
Test it: preview the page and submit a test entry to confirm you get the email.

💡 You can keep our default form (shortcode) or fully replace it with your own Form widget. The default setup already sends submissions to the email of the chef who owns this page.

⚠️ Don’t forget: if you add a new Form widget, set the recipient email in the form settings, otherwise you won’t receive the requests.

✅ When you’ve finished reading/customizing, either delete this block or leave it — it only appears in Elementor editor and is never visible to your customers.
