2) Purpose
These Terms define the rights and obligations of users, chefs/creators, and WeChef as an intermediary platform operated by Victor OLLENDORFF.
3) Products and Services
WeChef enables the sale of digital culinary content, culinary services, and subscription-based features. No physical food or material goods are sold.
4) Platform Role
WeChef hosts creator shops, manages payments securely via PayPal, and collects commissions. Sales occur directly between sellers and buyers.
5) Prices and Payments
All prices are in euros (€) inclusive of taxes. Payments are processed via PayPal (including PayPal Payout for revenue split). WeChef does not store banking data.
6) Delivery of Digital Content
After payment confirmation, digital files are instantly available for download or streaming. Services are scheduled directly between buyer and seller.
7) Withdrawal Right
According to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, no withdrawal right applies to immediate digital content delivery or early service performance.
8) Refunds and Cancellations
No refunds are possible for digital products once accessed. Service refunds are handled case-by-case by the seller. WeChef may mediate disputes if necessary.
9) Seller Obligations
Sellers must publish lawful and original or properly licensed content, set their own prices, and comply with all applicable tax, consumer, and legal obligations. Sellers remain solely responsible for the content they publish and for the products or services they offer. WeChef may suspend or terminate accounts in case of violation.
10) Seller Content, Rights & Notice-and-Takedown
Sellers are solely responsible for all content they upload, publish, display, sell, or otherwise make available on WeChef, including but not limited to photographs, videos, recipes, text, logos, brand elements, course materials, and downloadable files.
By publishing content on WeChef, each seller represents and warrants that they own, control, or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions required to use, publish, reproduce, display, distribute, and sell such content on the platform.
Sellers must not upload or publish any content that:
- infringes copyright, trademark, image rights, database rights, or any other third-party rights;
- is copied, stolen, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful;
- impersonates another person or business;
- violates any applicable law or regulation.
Sellers grant WeChef a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, for the duration of the content being available on the platform, to host, store, reproduce technically, display, format, promote, and make such content available solely for the operation, improvement, and promotion of the WeChef platform and related services.
If WeChef receives a complaint, notice, or report alleging that any seller content is illegal, infringing, or otherwise in breach of these Terms, WeChef may review the relevant content and, where appropriate, remove it, disable access to it, suspend the related product listing, or suspend the seller account, with or without prior notice.
Any person may report allegedly illegal or infringing content by contacting:
Sellers agree to cooperate promptly with any reasonable request from WeChef relating to a complaint, rights claim, or verification request concerning their content.
Sellers shall indemnify and hold harmless WeChef, its operator, and its service providers against any claim, action, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to content published by the seller, including where the seller did not hold the necessary rights or permissions.
11) Intellectual Property
All WeChef materials are protected under copyright. Buyers receive a non-transferable, personal right of use only. Reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.
12) Liability
WeChef acts as an intermediary hosting platform for seller content and listings. WeChef is not the author, publisher, or prior reviewer of all seller-generated content and is not automatically responsible for such content. However, WeChef may take any moderation, suspension, or removal measure it considers appropriate where content is reported or appears to breach these Terms or applicable law.
WeChef shall not be liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, external technical failures, payment provider issues, or any indirect loss, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by French law. Jurisdiction lies with the entrepreneur’s place of registration, unless otherwise provided by law.

By confirming a purchase or ticking “I have read and accept WeChef’s Terms of Sale”, users acknowledge and accept these Terms without reservation.
Part B — Recruitment Privacy Notice (Candidatures)
1) Who we are

2) Data we process when you apply
- Identity & contact: name, email, phone (optional).
- Application content: message, CV (file or external link), job offer ID.
- Technical metadata for security logs: IP and user-agent (server-side).
3) Purposes
- Transmit your application to the recruiter and put both parties in touch.
- Proof of processing: minimal internal log and a read-only verification link.
4) Legal bases
- Pre-contractual steps (Art. 6-1-b GDPR) to forward your application.
- Consent for data relay (checkbox in the form).
5) Recipients
- The recruiter of the relevant job offer (via email with secure CV link).
- Our hosting and emailing processors strictly for service provision.
6) Retention
- Application record stored on WeChef: maximum 1 month (automatic purge).
- Minimal erasure log (without clear email): kept only as long as needed for proof.
Emails already delivered to the recruiter cannot be recalled. To withdraw your application on the recruiter’s side, please contact the recruiter directly.
7) Your GDPR rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection, as provided by applicable law.
8) How to exercise your rights

9) Erasure verification
Each deletion produces a unique reference and a read-only verification link so you can confirm erasure occurred.

- CV files stored in a non-public directory and downloaded via signed link.
- TLS encryption in transit; restricted internal access.
11) Hosting & email
Hosting and SMTP email delivery are both provided by Hostinger (EU). The Data Processing Agreement (DPA) of Hostinger applies to all related services.
