WeChef, a name inspired by the traditional expression “Oui, Chef!” heard in kitchens around the world, evokes the discipline, respect and high standards of the chef's trade.
However, by turning this “Oui” into a “We”, the company aims to go beyond the strict hierarchy of professional cooking to create an inclusive community, where culinary excellence is accessible to all.
The idea for WeChef came from a personal realization: despite the passion for creating refined products that had driven me to become a pastry chef, the restaurant world often limited me to maintaining the day-to-day running of a restaurant, leaving little room for innovation and true creativity.
At the same time, I observed a growing demand from connoisseurs for high-end cuisine, but this demand remained underdeveloped, particularly in terms of plated dishes with meticulous presentation.
Future and objectives
It was the combination of these two realities that led me to create WeChef, a solution that enables me to live my passion to the full, while helping enthusiasts the world over to discover and master high-end cuisine.
My aim is to show that, yes, it is possible to create refined dishes worthy of the finest tables, even at home.

Our chef's story
Originally from Corsica, I discovered my love of cooking at an early age thanks to my grandmother and mother, who passed on to me their passion for good food and sharing moments around the table.
For me, meals have always been much more than a simple necessity; they are moments of conviviality, exchange and love, shared with those who are dear to us. It's this family tradition, deeply rooted in my roots, that led me to the culinary world.
After graduating from high school with a science degree, I turned to the culinary arts, and more specifically to pastry-making, which had aroused a passion in me since childhood.
This passion led me to the École Ducasse - ENSP, recognized as the best pastry school in the world. It was there that I really became aware of the international appeal of French gastronomy and its techniques. I met people from all over the world, which reinforced my desire to travel and explore new cultures.
After graduating, I had the opportunity to work in two renowned boutiques in France, under the direction of top chefs such as Xavier Brignon and Philippe Second, Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF). These experiences enabled me to perfect my techniques and immerse myself in French culinary excellence.
My desire to discover the world then led me to New York, a city I fell in love with and where I lived for a few years. There, I had the chance to work with chefs from all over the world, including a Japanese chef, whose rigor and precision in the kitchen I admire, qualities I aspire to incorporate into my own style.

My approach is to put taste at the center of each creation, while bringing in flavors and associations from all over the world. The cultural diversity I've had the opportunity to discover throughout my career constantly feeds my imagination and enriches my creations.

I'm convinced that cooking is a universal language, capable of bringing people together across borders and cultures, and it's this conviction that guides each of my projects.
