Originally from Corsica, I discovered my love of cooking at an early age thanks to my grandmother and mother, who passed on their passion for good food and togetherness.
Meals have always been much more than a necessity for me; they are moments of connection and emotion. This family tradition rooted in generosity led me to the culinary world.
After obtaining my science degree, I turned to pastry-making — a passion since childhood. I joined the École Ducasse – ENSP, one of the world’s top pastry schools, where I deepened my mastery of French techniques and met people from every corner of the world.
Working alongside chefs such as Xavier Brignon and Philippe Second, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, I refined my skills and learned to push precision and artistry to their limits.
My cuisine is the result of encounters and travel — blending French rigor with global inspiration. I love combining technique and creativity, seeking harmony between flavor, texture, and emotion.
Every plate is a fragment of my story — shaped by travels, encounters, and a constant search for harmony between flavor and feeling.
My dream is to create a bridge between chefs and enthusiasts — a high-end international network where passion meets sharing.
