General Sales Conditions (GSC)

1. Scope of application

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all transactions carried out on the WeChef website for the purchase of recipes online. By validating an order, the customer fully and unreservedly accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Products and services offered

Paid online recipes: Recipes available for purchase on the WeChef website are offered in the form of detailed recipe cards, accessible after payment.

The recipe cards include detailed instructions, but no additional assistance is included unless otherwise stated.

The content remains protected by copyright and is strictly for personal use. Any reproduction or distribution to third parties is forbidden.

3. Prices

Recipe prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes.

WeChef reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but recipes will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of ordering.

4. Ordering and payment

Ordering process:

Customers select the recipes they wish to purchase, then follow the steps indicated to validate their order.

A confirmation email will be sent after validation and payment.

Payment methods:

Payments are made online via a secure platform (Stripe, PayPal, or other chosen solution).

Product access:

Once payment has been validated, recipes will be immediately accessible via a download link or in the customer's personal space.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately after payment and accessible online, such as recipe cards.

By validating his/her order, the customer expressly agrees to waive his/her right of withdrawal.

6. Refund policy

Dematerialized products :

No refund will be granted once a recipe has been downloaded or consulted, except in the event of a proven technical fault preventing access to the content.

In the event of a technical problem, the customer must contact support at “contact@wechef.fr” within 14 days of purchase.

Private chef services:

A deposit of [20%] will be required to validate all services.

In the event of cancellation by the customer, the deposit is non-refundable.

If the cancellation is due to an impossibility on the part of WeChef (illness, force majeure), the deposit will be refunded in full.

7. Liability

WeChef cannot be held responsible in the event of inability to execute a recipe or in the event of a result different from that presented.

The site strives to ensure continuous availability of digital products, but cannot guarantee the absence of breakdowns or interruptions.

8. Intellectual property rights

All recipes, photos, videos and content published on the WeChef site are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution or use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of WeChef.

9. Disputes and applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a matter of priority. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
